GARLAND TOUGH COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter Information:
These terms and conditions for the Garland Tough Competition apply to the promoter (“we/us”) Comcater Pty Ltd (ABN 53 005 974 185) whose registered head office is at 156 Swann Drive, Derrimut, 3026, Victoria.
Entrant Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age and over and are currently employed by or own a business/organisation with a commercial kitchen. Failure to comply with this will result in your entry voiding these Terms & Conditions and therefore your entry will be disqualified.
The competition excludes entries from:
Employees of Comcater Pty Ltd, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise contracted to the organisation
Authorised Comcater Dealers, and their close relatives and anyone who is directly employed by an Authorised Comcater Dealer
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary in order to enter this competition.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition must be entered on the Comcater Australia Facebook page only at https://www.facebook.com/comcater/. Entries on shared posts will not be considered.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

You must both like the post AND comment on the post telling us one of your toughest times working in the kitchen in order to enter the competition. Failure to either like or comment on the post will void these terms and conditions and your entry will be disqualified.
Start date of the lottery:
The Garland Tough competition will start on May 1st, 2019 at 9am EST.
Closing date of the lottery:
Closing date for entry will be September 12th, 2019 at 4pm EST. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows:
A Garland GF36-6R-NG 6 burner Restaurant Range (RRP $8370) including delivery.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
How the lottery will be drawn:
The winner will be chosen at random by Random Draws Online Software, from all entries received and verified by us the Promoter.
Time/date of draw:
The winner will be drawn on September 13th, 2019 at 12pm EST.

The draw will be conducted at the Comcater Pty Ltd premises at 156 Swann Drive, Derrimut, 3026, Victoria.
How the winner will be notified:
The winner will be notified by reply comment on the Facebook Competition Post plus by direct message on Facebook on September 16th, 2019 at 9am EST.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date online at https://www.comcater.com.au/garland-tough-competition/ or by emailing the following address: marketing@comcater.com.au
Redraw arrangements:
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 months of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and redraw the prize winner.
In the event of a redraw, the redraw will be conducted on December 16th, 2019 at 9am EST. The redraw will be conducted in the exact same manner as the initial draw, with the new winner notified by Facebook direct message on December 17th, 2019 at 9am EST.
The promoter will discuss directly with the prize winner as to when and where they wish their prize to be delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
