The intelligent cooking system, iCookingSuite, detects the size and amount of each product and adjusts your settings automatically to achieve a consistent result.

The iVario Pro is ergonomic. The auto lift arms lower and lifts baskets in and out of boiling water or oil to achieve the perfect result. No burning or boiling over. The tilting mechanism and automatic water inlet prevents back injuries and scolds from carrying hot water.

The pressure cooking function allows you to braise, boil and stew up to 35 percent faster. The internal locking system allows pressure to build and stay constant, protecting the integrity of your product.

The sturdy substructure allows you to place the iVario anywhere, freeing up valuable bench space.
