Save energy, oil and money with the Frymaster Filtration H55 commercial deep fryer system. The efficient, infrared burners and frypot design can produce 36kg chips from frozen per hour, per 25L frypot, using up to 43 percent less energy than other commercial deep fryers on the market.

The temperature probes in the two frypots accurately measure the temperature. So the burners adjust for the perfect fry.

Ideal for the tight, busy kitchen, the space saving built-in filter fits inside the fryer cabinet housing for easy oil management. Burns and slips are reduced as hot oil doesn’t need to be filtered manually. The filtration system is compatible with Filter Powder such as Magnesol to provide the maximum extension in oil life.

This system houses 2 high performance efficient fryers in less than 1600mm width and 800mm depth.

Your staff will find cleaning easy with the open pot design. The ergonomic bottom slopes forward, leaving minimal oil behind after filtering.

The deep cold zone helps to extend the life of the oil by keeping the lower oil cooler. Larger food particles will sink and not burn and taint the oil. So, you save oil, labour, energy and time.

These commercial deep fryers come standard with great features such as automatic electronic ignition, Frymaster’s CM3.5 computer controllers, with timers and alarms as standard, plus space-saving built-in oil filtration under the frypot and it ultilises the filtration pump for front oil disposal.
