Now in our 10th year of operation, Comcater Service has a wealth of knowledge and experience across many brands of commercial kitchen equipment. Offering full kitchen support, including breakdowns, planned maintenance, temperature verification checks and administration reporting, with a national footprint, Comcater can cover all of your service needs.

From the biggest production kitchen to one piece of equipment, you can be assured that we have the right technicians with the right tools to carry out works to your equipment. All of our technicians are individually trade qualified and have completed rigorous manufacturer training across all Comcater brands. We also conduct regular training programs for our extensive agent network to ensure they always have up to date knowledge on our brands.

With an extensive spare parts stock holding in each of our service vans, as well as each branch, our first time fix rate is second to none. Regular stock takes based on service history ensure we carry the right parts to minimise your downtime. All of our spare parts are genuine manufacturer spare parts with full manufacturer’s warranty.

Our National Service Delivery Team is based in Derrimut with 24/7 availability. We understand that the hospitality industry doesn’t work during standard business hours and so we offer an after hours service with a technician on call in all major cities. Our team is made up of 6 full time service coordinators, 6 full time service administration staff as well as our technical support team to ensure we are always available.
