The user-friendly soft touch control panel can be used confidently by any staff member. The unit has three main cycles. The soft cycle is suitable for delicate foods such as rice, vegetables and fried food. The hard cycle blast chills dense and greasy food. The sShock freezing cycle is ideal for any food product. The accurate core probe automatically controls the length of the blast chilling cycle.

This commercial blast chiller can freeze 22 kg of food in only 240 minutes and chill 32kg in 90 minutes.
