The unit has three main cycles. A soft chill cycle for delicate foods, the hard chill cycle blast chills more dense and large sized products and finally a shock freezing cycle, which is ideal for any food product. The accurate core probe automatically controls the length of the blast chilling cycle.

This commercial blast chiller can freeze 10 kg of food in 240 minutes and chill 18 kg in 90 minutes..
