The Brema ice flaker creates versatile snowflake ice for restaurant and hotel displays, buffets, hospitals and fish mongers. Granular ice is ideal for presenting foods as well as for use in medical industries. The ice flakes have a fast and efficient refrigerating effect and is easy to handle.

This freestanding Brema ice flaker produces 95kg of ice flakes over 24 hours. The insulated internal storage holds 30kg of ice, simply scoop out when needed.

The unit requires less maintenance than other ice makers on the market thanks to electromechanical operation and has no PC board.
