Durable commercial ice flaker for fish displays, hospitals or fresh food displays. This modular unit produces 280kg of ice flakes over 24 hours. Granular flakes have an immediate cooling effect and is easy to shape and handle.
This Brema ice flaker is suitable for installation on top of storage bins with capacities between 100kg and 350kg.
The unit requires less maintenance than other ice flakers on the market thanks to the electromechanical operation and has no PC board.
