The Garland Xpress Grill XPE36 is a double sided griddle which allows users to cook on both sides simultaneously, reducing cook times by up to 50%. Plus, rapid recovery and rapid pre-heat features save energy by allowing the griddle to cool between peak periods, resulting in further cost savings for the user.
