The commercial BBQ oven and grill combination cooks faster and cleaner than open grills. It also uses 40 percent less charcoal. Easily serve 110 diners. Cook food between 250 degrees C and 350 degrees C for an entire service and minimise wastage by controlling the heat output.
The 40 degrees C heating rack can bring meat to temperature and is perfect for keeping ingredients warm.
The Mibrasa BBQ comes with a grill, a set of tongs, a poker, an ash shovel and a grill brush. All made of stainless steel.
