Barbeque meat with a smoky, unique flavour. This commercial charcoal grill is a traditional Argentinian grill that can slow cook succulent meats, sear thick steaks or rest beef ribs, simply by raising or lowering the grill.
The ergonomically designed wheel handle allows you to raise or lower the grill effortlessly, to achieve the flavour you’re after. The grill height has a range of 350mm, allowing you to sear, slow cook with a smoky flavour or rest meat while staying warm.
Grease drops through the hot bricks to a grease tray, preventing flare-ups and avoiding burns.
