Banana, blueberry and orange smoothie recipe

Quick and simple, this is a go-to recipe for when you’re on the run. Packed with all the nutrients you need to get through a busy morning (or afternoon).


  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) water
  • 1 medium orange, peeled, halved
  • 1 small banana, peeled, frozen
  • ½ cup (80 g) frozen unsweetened blueberries



  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix jug in the order listed and secure lid.
